Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for delivery?
We deliver by full truckload from 300 pallets. Below that volume, your order remains available for pickup at one of our 3 depots in the Paris region: Pontault-Combault, Chilly-Mazarin and Mitry-Mory (France).
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across the European Union by full truckload from our depots in the Paris region, France. Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and western Germany are typically reached within 1–2 working days after loading; other destinations are quoted with a realistic lead time. The United Kingdom and Switzerland are served on quote, with export formalities taken into account.
Do you charge VAT on intra-EU orders?
No. Deliveries to another EU member state are intra-Community supplies: with a valid EU VAT number, the invoice is issued without French VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC). Deliveries to the United Kingdom or Switzerland are invoiced as exports outside the EU.
Do you buy back pallets outside France?
No. Our buy-back service covers sites located in France only. It is designed for international groups operating production or logistics sites in France: we collect, sort and recondition their used or surplus pallets there.
Are your pallets ISPM 15 compliant for export?
Yes, on request: heat-treated pallets (56 °C core temperature for 30 minutes) marked ISPM 15 are available for exports outside the EU and for the United Kingdom since Brexit. Tell us your destination and we will confirm whether the treatment is required.
In which languages can we work with you?
Our team replies in French and English. You can send your enquiry in English and handle the whole process — quote, order, delivery documents — in English.
