EPAL, one-way, CP chemical, VMF and custom pallets, delivered anywhere in the Netherlands by full truckload from our depots in the Paris region, France — 1–2 working days after loading. Sold outright, no pool. Quote within 24 hours.
We say it plainly: DirectPAL has no Dutch warehouse. Our 3 storage sites are in the Paris region, and our northern depot, Mitry-Mory (77), connects directly to the A1. From there the routing is the classic north-European freight corridor: A1 to Lille, E17 through Ghent, E19 past Antwerp, then the A16 towards Rotterdam or the A2 towards Utrecht and Amsterdam. Most Dutch destinations sit 420–520 km from our gates — Rotterdam around 450 km, Amsterdam around 510 km — which a full truckload covers in 1 to 2 working days after loading.
The truck is loaded once at our depot and unloaded once at your dock. No cross-docking, no re-handling — and the per-pallet freight cost stays rational, which is the whole point of the full-truckload rule.
The complete catalogue ships to the Netherlands, at the same published price ranges:
The Netherlands runs a disproportionate share of Europe's logistics, and that is exactly where full truckloads of pallets belong: port and forwarding operations around Rotterdam, European distribution centres along the Brabant corridor (Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven, Venlo), food processing and horticulture (greenhouse clusters and flower logistics in the Westland and around Aalsmeer), chemical sites from the Botlek to Chemelot in Limburg — CP pallets to the ECTA/VCI standard — and e-commerce fulfilment across the Randstad. We name sectors, not clients.
The Dutch market knows pallet exchange and pooling systems well. Our model is deliberately simpler: firm sale. The pallets are yours — no exchange bookkeeping, no pool fees, no return logistics, no dispute over what counts as an exchangeable pallet. Where a pool genuinely fits your flows, our pallet exchange & pooling guide says so without dogma; for everything else, buying outright from a wholesaler is usually the cheaper, cleaner option — the EPAL vs one-way comparison helps you decide which pallet to buy.
Intra-EU flows need no treatment, but goods leaving the EU through Rotterdam or Schiphol must travel on heat-treated, ISPM 15-marked pallets (56 °C at the core for 30 minutes). We build new one-way and custom pallets to order with the treatment and marking, and confirm at quote whether your final destination requires it — see the ISPM 15 guide and the country list 2026.
Intra-EU supply: invoice without VAT with your valid EU VAT number (reverse charge, Art. 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC). In practice: you give us your NL VAT number, we verify it in VIES, and the invoice leaves without French VAT. Nothing to reclaim abroad, no cash-flow drag. Documents in English, and Our team replies in French and English.

FAQ
We deliver the Netherlands by full truckload from 300 pallets. Below that volume, your order remains available for pickup at one of our 3 depots in the Paris region (Pontault-Combault, Chilly-Mazarin, Mitry-Mory) — a workable option for Dutch carriers running backhaul trips from France.
1 to 2 working days after loading. Most Dutch destinations are 420–520 km by road from our depots: Rotterdam around 450 km, Amsterdam around 510 km, the Brabant logistics corridor (Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven) closer to 400–450 km.
Neither appears on the invoice. A delivery from France to the Netherlands is an intra-Community supply: with a valid NL VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC), and you account for Dutch VAT through your own return.
No — we sell outright. You own the pallets, with no exchange obligations, pool fees or return logistics. For flows where exchange or pooling might still make sense, our guide on pallet exchange and pooling explains the trade-offs honestly.
Yes. If your goods leave the EU through Rotterdam or Schiphol, the wood packaging must be heat-treated and ISPM 15-marked (56 °C at the core for 30 minutes). We supply new one-way and heat-treated pallets to order — tell us the final destination and we confirm what the regulation requires.
