What personal data the directpal.eu website collects, why, how long we keep it — and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
In short: we only collect the data needed to handle your quote or buy-back enquiry. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Audience-measurement and advertising-measurement trackers are only set with your consent — details in the cookie policy.

Contact for any question relating to personal data: contact@directpal.fr. The company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO); this single point of contact centralises all requests. Direct Pal is established in the European Union and has not appointed a representative under Article 27 GDPR.

This site is addressed to business customers: the data we process is essentially professional contact information. No sensitive data (within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR) is collected, and no automated decision producing legal effects is made on the basis of your data.

Your data is intended exclusively for the authorised staff of Direct Pal. It passes through technical providers acting as processors or service providers:
— Hostinger International Ltd. (website hosting);
— FormSubmit (formsubmit.co — technical routing of the contact form to our email inbox);
— Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads — only if you consent) and Microsoft (Clarity — only if you consent);
— our partner carriers receive only the delivery or pickup details needed to execute the order.
No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for prospecting purposes.
Form data and business-relationship data are processed within the European Union. The measurement services (Google, Microsoft, FormSubmit), where you consent to or use them, may involve transfers to third countries, in particular the United States; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider).

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (in particular to processing based on legitimate interest) and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time for the processing that depends on it. To exercise them: contact@directpal.fr. We reply within one month. You may write to us in English or French.
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the supervisory authority of the French data controller (cnil.fr), or — if you reside in another EU/EEA member state — with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, in accordance with Article 77 GDPR. The European Data Protection Board maintains the list of national authorities (edpb.europa.eu).
