Who we are
A French wooden pallet wholesaler, founded in late 2024 in Reims. One trade — buying, sorting, reselling and taking back pallets — run without intermediaries, with published prices and lead times we keep. Across Europe too.
DirectPAL is a French company created in November 2024, headquartered in Reims with operations in the Paris region. In its first year it reached €1M in revenue — not on the back of a sales army, but on a deliberately simple model: a lean structure, direct purchasing from the French timber and pallet-repair network, and the savings passed on in the selling prices.
That model has a corollary we own everywhere, including on this site: no fake local presence. We have no warehouse outside France. Our 3 storage sites are in the Paris region, and it is from there that we ship full truckloads across Europe — Benelux and western Germany in 1–2 working days after loading, southern Germany, northern Italy and north-eastern Spain in 2–3, the UK and Switzerland on quote with customs formalities included. One trade, two directions:
We sell — more than 30 references of wooden pallets, new or reconditioned: EPAL, one-way, CP chemical, VMF, half and quarter, heavy-duty and custom-built. Every batch is sorted and inspected before loading; Euro pallets are EPAL-compliant, and ISPM 15 heat treatment is available for shipments that require it — Great Britain since Brexit among them.
We buy back — used pallets and surplus stock. Pallet buy-back only at your sites located in France. This is the heart of our circular model: recovery, sorting, repair, back into circulation. Transparent prices. Our ranges are published — EPAL grade 1 from €10.50 excl. VAT — and the prices page details them for the whole range. The precise quote arrives within 24 hours; it depends on quantities, location and the timber market, not on a hidden grid.
100 % French sourcing. All our pallets are bought in France: a short, traceable supply chain and a repair loop that extends the life of the wood. That does not limit where we sell — we deliver France and Europe.
Controlled quality. Systematic sorting and inspection of batches, EPAL compliance for Euro pallets, ECTA/VCI standards for CP chemical pallets, ISPM 15 for export. The site's technical guides document these standards without sales jargon.
Responsiveness. A priced reply within 24 working hours, direct from the manager or the sales team — no call centre, no ticket queue.
Service languages: Our team replies in French and English. Enquiries in other languages are handled in English or French — we would rather tell you that than promise a service we could not deliver.

Our clients are manufacturers and logistics operators, in France and across Europe: food processing (canneries, industrial bakery, beverages), retail and wholesale distribution, chemicals and petrochemicals (CP pallets to the ECTA/VCI standards), transport and 3PL, glass and building materials. On principle, we name no names: our references are verified by working with us, not by a logo wall.
