Privacy
Which trackers the directpal.eu website uses, for what purposes, for how long — and how to accept, refuse or change your choice at any time.
In short: no audience-measurement or advertising tracker is set without your agreement. Your choice is kept for a maximum of 13 months, applies to the directpal.eu website, and can be changed at any time:
SARL Direct Pal — Reims Trade and Companies Register 937 906 477 — 8 bis rue Gabriel Voisin, 51100 Reims, France. Contact: contact@directpal.fr. How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
| Tracker | Purpose | Lifetime | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| dp_consent (localStorage) | Remembering your consent choice | 13 months | Exempt — strictly necessary |
| dp_origine (sessionStorage) | Remembering how you arrived on the site (search engine, campaign, direct access) to qualify your enquiry — transmitted only if you send the contact form | Duration of the session | Exempt — necessary to handle your enquiry |
| Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*) | Audience measurement: website traffic statistics | ~13 months (browser cap) | Required — "Audience measurement" checkbox |
| Microsoft Clarity (cookies _clck, _clsk) | Heatmaps and usability analysis, anonymised sessions | 1 day to 12 months | Required — "Audience measurement" checkbox |
| Google Ads (cookies _gcl_*) | Conversion measurement for our advertising campaigns | 90 days | Required — "Advertising" checkbox |
The site displays no advertising and sells no data. The "Advertising" trackers are used solely to measure the effectiveness of our own Google Ads campaigns (knowing that a quote request came from an ad).
Your choice is stored in your browser for the directpal.eu domain: it applies to all language versions of this site (English root and the /pl/, /ua/, /it/ and /es/ sections). If you visit our other websites (directpal.fr, for example), a separate choice is requested there.
If you refuse, no measurement or advertising cookie is set. The site uses Google's "consent mode" (Consent Mode v2): technical signals without cookies and without any advertising identifier may be sent to Google to statistically estimate, in aggregate form, the missing conversions. They do not make it possible to track you individually from one site to another.
At any time, click the "Cookies" link at the bottom of any page (or the button at the top of this one). Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it; it applies to the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

The details of your rights are set out in our privacy policy.
