Logistics
One simple rule, stated upfront: Delivery by full truckload from 300 pallets — below that, pickup at one of our 3 depots in the Paris region, France. Here is the exact process, the documents that travel with every order, and what changes when the truck crosses the EU border.
The 300 rule
The 300-pallet threshold is not a commercial whim: it is the volume where a full truckload starts. It decides the formula.
A full truckload, loaded at our depot and delivered straight to your dock — no cross-docking, no re-handling.
Your pallets stay available ex-works at one of our 3 depots — you organise the transport, or your usual carrier does.
The process
You describe your need (types, quantities, delivery or pickup location) via the form, WhatsApp or by phone on +33 3 74 47 36 77. A priced reply follows within 24 working hours, based on our published price ranges. Our team replies in French and English.
You confirm the quote; we verify your EU VAT number in VIES so the invoice can leave without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. For the UK and Switzerland, we prepare the export file instead — commercial invoice, packing list, origin statement where relevant. Then we agree the loading or delivery slot.
The full truckload is loaded at the relevant depot — usually Mitry-Mory (77) for northern Europe, directly connected to the A1. The CMR consignment note is signed at departure: it is the document of record for the whole journey.
Delivery to your dock on the corridor lead time — see the Europe delivery hub for the real numbers — with the CMR countersigned on receipt. The invoice is only issued once the goods have shipped — never before.
Real lead times
Working days after loading, full truckload, confirmed in writing with your quote. The full corridor-by-corridor table lives on the Europe delivery hub.
| Destination | Lead time | Dedicated page |
|---|---|---|
| Belgium & Luxembourg | 1–2 working days | Delivery in Europe → |
| Netherlands | 1–2 working days | Netherlands → |
| Western Germany | 1–2 working days | Delivery in Europe → |
| Southern Germany, N. Italy, NE. Spain | 2–3 working days | Delivery in Europe → |

| Switzerland | On quote — customs included | Switzerland → |
VAT: Intra-EU supply: invoice without VAT with your valid EU VAT number (reverse charge, Art. 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC). If your own carrier collects, the intra-EU exemption requires proof that the goods left France — our team tells you exactly which documents are expected with the order. UK and Swiss orders are invoiced without French VAT as exports.

FAQ
Because that is where a full truckload starts. Below 300 pallets, the international freight cost per pallet becomes disproportionate and delivery stops making economic sense — for you as much as for us. Rather than invoicing absurd freight, we keep your order available for pickup at our depots in the Paris region.
Once the quote is confirmed, we agree a loading slot at the relevant depot (Pontault-Combault, Chilly-Mazarin or Mitry-Mory), Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Your driver arrives with the order reference; our teams load the truck and the CMR consignment note or collection slip is signed at departure. All three sites take standard semi-trailers.
The CMR consignment note signed at loading and at delivery, a delivery note detailing types and quantities, and the invoice — without VAT under the intra-EU reverse-charge mechanism on your valid EU VAT number, or as an export for the UK and Switzerland. Commercial invoice and packing list are prepared in English on request. The invoice is only issued once the goods have shipped.
Yes: a full truckload can combine several references — for example EPAL grade 1 + one-way + CP — as long as the total reaches 300 pallets. State the split you need with your enquiry and we optimise the loading plan. As a guide, a standard semi-trailer takes roughly 500–600 EPAL pallets or more one-way pallets depending on model and stacking height.
Either side. We book the truck with our carriers and quote a delivered price, or your own carrier collects ex-works at our depot — a set-up many international clients prefer when their trucks return empty from France. If you collect, note that the intra-EU VAT exemption requires proof that the goods left France; we tell you exactly which documents are expected.
