Your products fit no standard format? We build or source the pallet you need, to your exact specification — and handle the whole exchange in English, from drawing to delivery.
Send us your specification — dimensions, required load, intended use, volume, frequency — and we come back with a suitable proposal within 48 hours. Production is carried out with specialised partner workshops in France, with ISPM 15 heat treatment available for export. The exchange can be handled entirely in English: drawings, quote, order confirmation, transport documents.
Dimensions: free length, width and height, matched to your products and to your storage or transport constraints — including sea- and air-container footprints.
Payload: structure calculated for the weight of your goods — from light single-trip builds to reinforced pallets for heavy loads. See our dynamic vs static load guide for how ratings are sized.
Construction: number of boards, board thickness, base type (3 bottom boards or perimeter frame), 2- or 4-way entry, wood species.
Treatments: ISPM 15 (heat treatment for export outside the EU and to the UK), controlled drying, anti-moisture treatment as required. More about ISPM 15 →
Marking: custom branding, company logo, batch numbering.
